Thank you so much to everyone who attended our public full moon ritual! It was wonderful to meet new folks and celebrate the spirit of the season together.
In September, Gryphon’s Moon Coven is starting our new year of dedicant studies and initiate studies. Literata is also facilitating some sessions of Lucid Alchemy, where we learn about, discuss, and practice guided meditation and trance journeys.
The coven’s fall equinox and full moon celebrations will be combined on Saturday, September 21st, and after ritual there will be potluck and the fall coven business meeting.
For the fall equinox ritual, we will hear the next stage of Persephone’s story and walk with her as far as we can on her way to the Underworld for the dark half of the year.
At the business meeting, we’ll discuss how the public ritual went; choose dates and times for our October, November, and December rituals, including Samhain and Yule; get a financial report; choose our ritual theme for next year, and a few other things. People studying towards dedication, and friends and guests of coven are welcome to participate in the business meeting conversation, especially if you’re interested in attending and participating in ritual and coven projects.
